„The training was like a big shift for me. I was coming from a really like dark moment”

wow the training was like a big shift for me I was coming from a really like dark moment and I think some of you may feel it that when I arrived I was like really like rigid and wow day after day it was like just leaving all this weight on my back and just dissolving, I think, the feeling I had mostly. The first few days also was hard for me to get some session, like going deep, and then just everything.
