What this site is
A review archive. It shows reviews that people published themselves on Instagram or YouTube, and messages clients chose to share. You do not need an account, and there are no forms, no payments and no newsletter on this site.
What data we collect when you visit
Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. With your consent where the law requires it, Google Analytics measures how the site is used and the Meta Pixel measures and shows our ads on Instagram and Facebook. Both use cookies or similar technologies. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and your choice
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Québec, nothing beyond the strictly necessary loads until you choose in the cookie banner. Elsewhere, analytics and the Meta Pixel load by default; the Meta Pixel does not load if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie button at the bottom of every page, and you can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Why we use the data (legal bases)
To run and secure the site (our legitimate interest in a working, safe website), and to measure visits and advertising (your consent where required, otherwise our legitimate interest). You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect anything done before.
Who receives the data
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and security), Google LLC (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel). They process it under their own terms and, where they act for us, under data processing agreements. Some of them are in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept only as long as Cloudflare needs them for security. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Meta keeps Pixel data under its own policy.
People who appear in the reviews
Reviews come from content the people concerned published publicly or shared with permission. If you appear in a review and want it changed or removed, write to us and we will act on it promptly.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy (portability), and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other U.S. states can also opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data for targeted advertising; refusing in the cookie banner or sending a Global Privacy Control signal does this. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version.
