was a medical doctor for nearly 30 years purpose of the system that I was trained within and I saw through it It was like the veil was lifted Vādma is a gentle, natural grounded gateway to resetting your nervous system to allow you endless possibilities My name is Dr. Jen Draper I'm a former medical doctor I'm the author of "Unpatient" and I'm the creator of the "Insourcing Method" was a medical doctor for nearly 30 years and during that time I spent one third of my time just a very asleep dutiful little bunny doing everything that the system asked me to do and then I suddenly woke up and recognised that I had a lifelong problem with anxiety myself which I had been medicated since I was 17 really saw through that and saw that there could be a better way so I invested in myself and went down the path of integrative medicine and but then I got to the point where really I wasn't able to help myself or really my patients, they told me that they thought I was helping them but I recognised that I was keeping them in a cycle of a revolving door dependency and they just weren't really getting to the root cause of what their problems were And I recognised that wasn't my fault that was actually the purpose of the system that I was trained within and I saw through it It was like the veil was lifted and all of a sudden I just couldn't be calm in what I was doing I recognised that there had to be a different way and that I would remain in this cycle and nothing was going to break it until I actually stepped away so I did that back in 2024 How would I explain the experience of the Vādma? I would say that it is quite a mystical and spiritual practice that's based on physiological principles but I would explain to people who are feeling that they have a degree of tension within the nervous system, which they've not yet been able to release through all of the other modalities that they have tried, then this one should be on your list to try because it is safe it's quick it's natural and you can choose you can let your body guide the experience with a facilitator who is tuned into your needs and can give you just the experience that you will need in that moment and however you come into it with your mental state now you can actually through your intention guide the experience that you will get if you come in as a complete skeptic but yet willing to surrender then you will surrender and your body will release what it is that it needs to in that moment if someone is considering booking a [Vādma] session but they're sitting on the fence then I would say to them firstly that this technique does work theoretically on almost all people so I am very comfortable now as a fully certified Vādma practitioner that I can hold space for whoever it is that comes to see me for this So I feel able to nurture them able to position myself and them in a way such that the technique can be achieved and that for someone who has been searching and has recognised that they keep falling into the old patterns which of course are stored within the subconscious and within the nervous system the body keeps the score Bessel van der Kolk I would say that this is a modality wherein they can very quickly access the link between the brain and the body which is the autonomic nervous system and then they can have a [Vādma] reset and that reset is then going to give the opportunity for them to look at life from this moment forward with a new perspective Biggest takeaway is that to become a bodyworking practitioner because Vādma is a form of bodywork which I have really I would never have called myself a body worker prior to this although when I moved into the integrative field I did learn kinesiology and I learned some naturopathic doctor techniques functional adjustments of the gastrointestinal system for example but my biggest takeaway is that to be a body worker you need to work on your body so that is what I intend to do this has given me new inspiration and motivation that I will be working on my fascia name's Dr. Jen Draper So my business is called Wellbeing Holistic And so you can find me at wellbeingholistic.net And I'm based on the East Coast of Australia at present I will be coming to a place near you soon in Australia and later the world but we'll conquer Australia first

Sigh. What did you experience that time? I don't know, but I wasn't here. No, you definitely were not here. I always felt like I wanted to laugh. You did actually. Did I? You did laugh. Yes. Pretty fucking funny. Do you feel safe? Hmm. That was cool. Cool. I don't really know how to describe it. I expected to go somewhere else, which indeed, I don't know where I went, but it wasn't here. Yeah. And it was almost like a euphoric feeling. I don't know where I went. I went somewhere. It was great. It was great. Yeah.

Where is your father? Tell me, is your father? Without even having to talk. Where is your father? Where is your father? Tell me, is your father? Tell me, is your father? Where is your father? Where is your father? Where is your father? Where is your father? Where is your father? Where is your father? I don't know, the word cosmic comes to mind. Before, it's like I'm hearing myself, which is why I don't do the videos. I don't like the sound of my voice. But now I hear it, it actually doesn't sound that bad.
