It fills your heart I'm leaving happy It is so deeply rewarding to see people heal Expansion Expansion Expansion of consciousness, of love Expansion of everything Hi, I'm Lorena I'm from Mexico City I have two breathwork certifications — Oxygen Advantage and Breathwork and Ice Plunge And I play the gong I wouldn't really say I was skeptical because I believe deeply in the magic we carry that lives inside us inside every human being But I had plenty of doubts Mostly I'd say it was curiosity I didn't understand how the process worked what happened I just knew something would happen in my body but really it was doubt and a little curiosity Now that I've experienced Vādma it's hard to put into words I think it's one of those things you have to experience to know what you're even talking about I'd say it feels like Bufo You get that same sensation And as you move through the levels the experience keeps changing It can be very physical Very orgasmic But it's more of a cosmic orgasm So much release through your whole body You work a lot with the nervous system And you can have a very psychedelic experience Very beautiful If you already feel that little itch to join the [Vādma] training listen to that call It came to you for a reason And I fully believe the universe sends you what you need If you're still not sure about taking a Vādma session what I loved is that you can go as subtle as you want or maybe experience a little more You're always in control You always feel safe Held That gives you a certain confidence to say: I loved this process I want to keep going Or: I'm fine right here So this journey is completely personal It's natural You don't ingest any substance at all After your process is done you decide how far you want to go Now that I've finished the Vādma training I definitely want to bring it into my life and to share it Right now I'm dying to share it with my friends, with my family this beautiful experience At some point I'd love to share it with everyone who wants to experience it too — and expand this consciousness I'm leaving with my heart full It is so deeply rewarding to see people heal To see them enjoy it, have that beautiful experience and to know you're the one giving it It's something you can't explain It fills your heart I'm leaving happy In one word, or one phrase I think it would be Expansion Expansion Expansion of consciousness, of love Expansion of everything I'm Lorena Jiménez You can find me in Mexico City And if you want to live this wonderful experience, follow me on Instagram
