“I broke one of my core life patterns”

I think I broke one of my core life patterns literally the night before the training. And after that it was just like jumping off a cliff and floating and feeling very like, wow, I felt very free and more and more free and more and more free and more and more free and this healing journey, I struggle with calling it just a technique because that was also my perception change, like is this just a technique or are we just getting something, we're offering a gift to someone else. And that for me also last night was very obvious like no, this is offering people an access point or a journey or a healing experience. And that is such an honor. It's such an honor.
