I hadn't had a session a Vādma session before, so I was a bit scared that it wouldn't work on me Also, I didn't know what I was getting myself into, so I guess I was a bit curious and doubtful all at the same time My name is Maria De Leon I currently work with plant medicine I do microdosing and big medicine journeys water immersion medicine journeys I also do holotropic breathwork and horse family constellations I never expected to end up doing this line of work I was a full-on practicing lawyer for many years and then because of my own story and my own healing journey life took me to try different practices techniques, try different paths, and yeah it took me to end up facilitating and holding space for other people and being of service to other people and that's what I do now My initial doubts and skepticisms around the [Vādma] training were, I hadn't tried I hadn't had a session a Vādma session before, so I was a bit scared that it wouldn't work on me Also, I didn't know what I was getting myself into, so I guess I was a bit curious and doubtful all at the same time but pleasantly surprised So having completed the [Vādma] training I think it was a very well-rounded training not only learning about what Vādma is, but also learning to hold space better, learning to be better facilitators by releasing our own baggage and what we've been carrying different practices and workshops that really helped to ground ourselves and to settle in and to offer this in a better way Someone who's considering the training but is still on the fence yeah, I would encourage you, if you have that curiosity or that calling, or something in you just clicked when you saw or heard of this Vādma I would definitely encourage you to try and go for it Someone who's on the fence about a [Vādma] session, I would say it's completely normal but I would again say go for it You have nothing to lose and so much to gain I would suggest you go at it openly and with curiosity, but definitely try it out You have nothing to lose I see myself incorporating Vādma especially in my medicine sessions both prior and post so for the preparation and integration I think that would be an incredible baseline for people to go into a medicine journey session and also in and of itself I think it stands alone and I would definitely offer group [Vādma] sessions and individual [Vādma] sessions My biggest takeaway has been one of them has been to trust the process because for me it's been building up so I got to see the full picture of it towards the end and I think that was very important and very special and also I tend to work a lot with the mind with emotions but not as much with the body so this was a very important and crucial piece to kind of have a more holistic and roundabout way of working with a person If I had to describe Vādma I would say it's an experience beyond words It can be so different from one session to the next It can be visual it can be emotional it can be physical It's so the range is so broad and so, I don't even have words to describe it I would just say you have to experience it for yourself But it's a beautiful beautiful, deep experience that can really change things for you My name is Maria Fernanda de Leon You can find me on Instagram through my name And there will be a link with everything I share on there Om Maha Vādma Mahatma namaha Om Maha Vādma Mahatma namaha Here's the golden key To the door for you to see what was kept inside
