My initial doubts were a little bit like will I be able to do this [Vādma] training? Als je ergens in je lichaam een ja voelt ga ervoor Het is gewoon zo: je hoofd speelt hierin geen rol Reageert je lichaam? Dan ga je Als iemand twijfelt over het boeken van sessies zou ik zeggen: kom gewoon want het is een heel rustig proces Er zijn meerdere niveaus Zo kunnen we je stap voor stap begeleiden en jij bepaalt hoe ver je gaat Dus het is echt veilig En ja Dit moet je zelf ervaren Ik ga Vādma opnemen in mijn praktijk met sessies en groepssessies Wat ik meeneem uit deze opleiding is echt het zelfvertrouwen om mensen te begeleiden in sessies De opleiding zit zo goed in elkaar dat je het aankunt zonder ervaring in begeleiden of sessies geven Het lukt je toch omdat je het hier leert Het is zo'n rijke opleiding Alles komt aan bod Dat was voor mij het belangrijkste en wat ik meeneem Vādma in één zin of één woord Het is gewoon liefde Het is gewoon liefde Het is nog meer dan dat groter dan liefde Dus ja...
