so ... that's how it must feel. My 1:1 Vādma Session. Thank you, Bettina - somehow
'Thank you' isn't enough. Thank you. A
thank you from deeply felt
peace and gratitude. For everyone such an experience
is something completely different. So
different as we
humans are, so
different are also the
experiences and sensations.. and - it doesn't have to be
for everyone either. I, for myself, celebrate today
my birthday. For me
every single stage was a
step toward me. Not outward,
but toward me. IN MY BODY. I know that we, as a woman, as a human, in
danger situations, in situations where we
endure survival fears, split off a part of us,
leave the body .. I was not aware
that exactly this I experienced - as a baby, as a small child.... And so my 1:1 Vādma Session became my incarnation
in my body. With each stage a bit more. A bit deeper. Not loud,
not ecstatic - an arrival, a docking, whole,
completely IN ME, in my body. Deep peace and
a love, a gratitude fill me. Thank you, Bettina, for a day that I will celebrate for myself
in the future. Arrived. At home. In me. Thank you. Bettina - from the bottom of my heart.
