And I really believe that the [Vādma] group session actually paved the way so that I could fully surrender to it today. So like the preparation for the whole thing. Friday was also very intense, on a physical level. A lot happened there. And I really believe that that paved the way so that I could let myself fall into the whole thing today. Also ich habe die [Vādma]-Gruppensession gemacht, Freitag und jetzt heute ist Sonntag die One by One. Und ich glaube wirklich, die [Vādma]-Gruppensession hat eigentlich so den Weg bereitet, dass ich mich heute voll dem hingeben konnte. Also so die Vorbereitung auf das Ganze. Freitag war auch sehr intensiv, auf körperlicher Basis. Da hat sich ja ganz viel getan. Und ich glaube wirklich, dass das den Weg geebnet hat, dass ich heute mich so fallen lassen konnte in das Ganze. Meine persönliche Meinung, absolute Empfehlung, beides zu machen. Das ist so, ja. Ja.
