I think it's very difficult to put in words the experience itself because it's very much, it's a very spiritual experience actually. It's a sensation of this huge energy coming in. It goes in all of your body and then it just, it's difficult. It's just this life force that comes in you and it just swirls up the entire, everything that's not supposed to be there in a way. It feels like almost like a washing machine that cleans it up and just, and yeah, releases it. So for me it was like the sensation to the connection with source, life force, with difficult to put in words.
