I regained my ability to speak and perceive:) I could express the experience I had today like this;
It was an experience that went far beyond simply quieting the mind or silencing thoughts. It was a state in which everything that defines you as a human being seemed to dissolve - your mind, your body, your breath, your heartbeat, your thoughts, your dreams, your memories, even your sense of time and identity. A complete surrender, where there was no past, no future, no awareness of the body, and not even a sense of "I" experiencing it. Just pure existence, beyond consciousness, beyond thought, beyond everything familiar. And perhaps that is why the word Reborn feels so profoundly meaningful. Because when you return from a state where everything you know as yourself has disappeared, it feels as though you are experiencing existence for the very first time. To the beautiful hosts, my first experience of Vādma here in Santorini was truly beautiful and deeply moving. Being part of a small group of six women created a lovely, safe space in which I could connect with myself and explore what was ready to shift. During the [Vādma] session, I felt movement around some internal blockages, although I recognise that I didn't quite reach a full release. However, what followed during the integration was just as profound in its own way. My internal aurora all to myself was beautiful. I found myself lost for words, immersed in such a deep sense of calm, peace and stillness that I didn't want to disturb it by speaking. It was as though I needed to simply be with the experience rather than try to understand it, explain it or put it into words. I came away feeling that something had shifted within me, even if I cannot yet fully articulate what that is. Thank you for holding such a beautiful space and allowing the experience to unfold in its own time and in its own way. It reminded me that not every transformation needs to be dramatic or accompanied by a big emotional release. Sometimes, the quietest shifts can be just as meaningful
