I really enjoy our Vādma sessions. I was able to feel my energy body, which stretches around me like a thick, comfortably warm shell. In complete relaxation, my breath moved into the background. And in trust, it was allowed to, without it turning into panic or subsequent gasping for air. The feeling after the [Vādma] sessions is fantastic too. Calm. Hardly any thoughts, which otherwise streamed in all directions like a barrage of fire. Simply wonderful. It feels sooo gooood! 🤗🪷☀️

Unsere Vādma-Sitzungen genieße ich sehr. Ich konnte meinen Energiekörper fühlen, der sich wie eine dicke, wohlig-warme Hülle um mich herum spannt. In völliger Entspannung wurde mein Atem hintergründig. Und im Vertrauen durfte er es auch, ohne dass es zur Panik oder anschließenden Schnappatmung kam. Fantastisch auch das Gefühl nach den [Vādma] Sitzungen. Ruhe. Kaum Gedanken, die sonst wie ein Sperrfeuer in alle Richtungen strömten. Einfach toll. Es fühlt sich sooo guuut an! 🤗🪷☀️
