“I came out of my body and I saw my life, like lived through my life in two seconds”

Two levels, I felt just the release of tension and I'm like just sleepy, like very sleepy and foggy. But yeah, I didn't feel as probably an intense feeling as I felt in level three. Level three, that's when I came out of my body and I saw my life, like lived through my life in two seconds, like literally like a film, you know, from the old photo camera was just going quick, quick, quick. And I saw myself from little to now and level four, my body didn't, I think, react as much. Maybe I can't remember what I saw in level four and level five was insane. My soul was just up in the sky and came back. I literally saw everything from up above and came back. Exactly. It's insane. How do you feel your mind? My mind now is clear and I can literally focus on one thought at a time. Normally I'm like, I have 10 million thoughts in my head going crazy. And now it's just clear and my speech is linked to my, what's in my head. It's not like just random thoughts that I think it's more focused on what I actually feel. Um, and I don't feel the tension anymore. So my neck was always tense and jaws. I just don't feel the tension and pain anymore. Yeah. The pain is gone and I can feel my brain is just literally going through some changes. I think it's working and it's hot. Yeah. It's a good experience. Very unusual. I, it's hard to explain what it is, but it's like you live through your life in two seconds kind of feeling. Thank you.
