Over the past 18 months, I've searched for answers. I knew my nervous system wasn't broken. It was doing exactly what
it was designed to do...protect me. I also knew my body has an
incredible capacity to heal when it feels safe enough to do so. I collected many keys along the way. Each helped, but none
unlocked the door I'd been searching for. This weekend, through Clayton's Nervous System [Vādma] Reset, I didn't just
find another key I found the doorway. For the first time, I could see there was a way through. Not because
someone fixed me, but because Clayton created a space where my
nervous system felt safe enough to begin showing me what it had
been protecting all along. Thank you @claytonharrop for sharing your gift. I'm honoured to
have been part of the Perth [Vādma] Reset, and I have a feeling this
doorway is only the beginning. I can't express how grateful I am for
