What I experienced was a gentle release of something that opened me up back to myself. And I couldn't have asked for anything more authentic and more real. And that has taken me, it was two days ago, three days ago, and it has taken me on a journey back to myself where I'm opening to all of these little gifts that I know that I've had but I've just been suppressing, holding back, and it's really opened me up. And there's so much joy. There's so much joy in me. I feel like a little kid in a candy shop because I'm just like discovering myself again. And it's been three days. I can feel something big is coming from this all because of this opening. So it was very powerful. Hi, my name is Candice and I've just attended the [Vādma] group session on Friday night with Clayton in Perth. So my experience was I went in with no expectations and I found the small group was quite intimate and I liked that. I loved the explanation of what we were going through but also about the nervous system. It was very, it was thorough, but it was also easy to understand. So Clayton explained it to us that don't necessarily know much about the biological part of our body. So it was really good to hear that part so that when we were going into it, we didn't have any questions in our minds. It was all sort of already explained and there was time for questions. There was time for answers. And yeah, there was a lot of space for that. For me, it was actually quite a gentle process. And I have come from a lot of trauma, but I've also done a lot of work and I've done a lot of plant medicine. And for me, coming into this was all about the experience and about something new and going deeper again. And that's where it took me without having the expectation of an outcome. And what I experienced was a gentle release of something that opened me up back to myself. And I couldn't have asked for anything more authentic and more real. And that has taken me, it was two days ago, three days ago, and it has taken me on a journey back to myself where I'm opening to all of these little gifts that I know that I've had, but I've just been suppressing, holding back. And it's really opened me up. And there's so much joy. There's so much joy in me. I feel like a little kid in a candy shop because I'm just like discovering myself again. And it's been three days. It's like I can feel something big is coming from this all because of this opening. So it was very powerful. I say trust yourself and understand that we have... When we come to something that's new and profound, there can be a tendency of holding back and saying no to something. But if you feel it in your body, because your body is telling you, well, it told me, this is a big yes. Follow that. Just follow it. And I know for me that this was a unique experience, a profound experience, a deep experience, a gentle experience, a very safe place. I was held. We were all held in a space that I've, like I said, I've done a lot of stuff. I've been in a lot of places. The space that was held was pure. It was beautiful. And I say go for it. Yeah. I feel the space was held for me in a way that I was... I didn't feel pressure. I didn't feel like I had to perform. I didn't feel like I was doing anything wrong or anything right. It just was. That's the purity of it. It felt like whatever came through was something that naturally happened as opposed to, you know, it being forced. And Clayton's the one holding the space. So for me, it felt safe to just do whatever came through. And the way that he, his presence to each and every one of the people was what I was taking away from it as well. The way that he could hold the presence with somebody and make them feel like they are here, they are seen, they are held. And there was no... There was a sense of everyone's the same. We're all in it together. And, yeah, there was just there's safety in that. I feel like there was a lot of people in the group that hadn't done anything like this before, hadn't done any plant medicine. So a lot of people are on different journeys. I feel like this is part of the journey that you could step into at any part of your journey. At the start of your journey, in the middle of your journey, if you've been doing this for 20 years, I just believe that this is one hell of a leap in your journey of discovering who you are and your healing journey, if that's what you're on. I really believe that this is the real deal. I'm also on a journey of healing from sexual trauma, which happened when I was a child, when I was an adult, professionally. And when I saw Clayton's video, I immediately felt like I could trust him, that I could feel safe with him. And to be in, put myself back in that position of being with a professional man and having that closeness, that's part of the safety that I felt instantly. And I want to thank Clayton for that because he's allowed me to be vulnerable and be in an intimate space again without the fear of any added trauma. Thanks.

it's like your body just has these patterns and ways of being that it's just kind of like stuck in and so if you do this [Vādma] process you get that it's almost like that part of you that's conditioned and pattern to like stay in in that in that condition leaves for a bit and then the wisdom of your body can just like and just like rewrite everything for me that was like a lot of emotion like fear stuff like not feeling like I don't know like I felt like a baby in the [Vādma] process like Ali was singing her beautiful songs and doing all her beautiful sound medicine and then Clayton was there and they're both just like helping me basically ball my eyes up it was kind of like the holding that I needed to just be a hot mess for a sec which I don't let myself be and maybe never have because you know there's that idea that I can't let

you know there's that idea that I can't let myself go because then then what I don't know um anyway my nervous system and body just felt the need to hold on at all times so it was like an invitation to completely let go um which I did and then after like the [Vādma] process and I was like crying and getting all this crazy emotion out which felt like it was coming from my womb like it was just like and I don't know whether it was kind of felt childbirthy I told them like not the pain of childbirth at all but that feeling of having to let something else do the thing like you need to get your brain your mind out of the way so your body's intelligence can birth a child like it felt like that and then afterwards you just get to lie down and just be in bliss because you've let go of all this pent-up shit

I don't think I'll ever be able to fully put into words what this [Vādma] experience, and your
presence through it, has meant to me. You gave me something I didn't realise I had been missing for a long time, a reason to
look at myself with love again. You reminded me that I am worthy, that I am enough,
and that I deserve to feel safe, valued and at peace within myself. Since our [Vādma] session, I've found myself thinking about so many things differently. I feel
calmer, lighter, and somehow more connected to myself. It feels like something inside
me has shifted, and I'm slowly learning to love and accept every part of who I am. I'm grateful for every word, every moment, every bit of patience, understanding and
energy you gave me. I'm grateful that you created a space where I could let my guard
down and simply be myself. You may not realise the depth of the impact you've had on me, but I will carry this
experience with me for a very long time. Thank you for helping me find a part of myself
that I thought I had lost. Lots of love to my angel
Grateful to be doing what I do, and sharing it
with the world. This practice I share is an every evolving and
growing process. It blends everything to create
a wholistic approach. As much as the affects can
be, and are felt in the moment, often, the
greatest changes take place days, weeks and
even months later.

This is a snapshot of my [Vādma] session with
@claytonharrop
His post made me think of the poem I
wrote after
The light took me places I could never see,
deeper and deeper I took the keys. the doors kept opening-
That's honestly what it's felt like. Opening doors I didn't even know were
there... and somehow finding more light,
more joy and more of me along the way. In these [Vādma] session, what comes up is what needs to come up. For most, what's serving you, and what isn't serving you is
made abundantly clear. What you need to do becomes obvious, and very often,
pure life force energy flows through you again, and you
remember who and what you really are. You feel what you
are without the labels, a name and any stressors from the
world.. you feel like you again. Such an honour to have shared this with you
Soph A for those that are ready, this helps
bring you back home to yourself.

To be honest, I was in a really bad way. I was feeling very suicidal and had been for a few years. I had a lot of pain in my body. My head was very clouded. I felt like everything was just hopeless. You know, my nervous system was just constantly fight, flight kind of. And I just didn't know what to do. I was really, really like, I don't know, like, I really feel like I've just saved me in a sense, because I don't know if this hadn't happened. I'm not sure how long I would have kind of kept going the way I was feeling. So it really did, you know, I just couldn't believe how I walked in there, pretty much just a broken shell of a man, you know, trying to hide it. And then kind of walked out the other side of it, feeling like almost a newborn baby again or a little kid who is just happy and laughing and loving it, full of joy, full of just absolute beauty, just so excited and interested, where I just lost all interest in everything. And I kind of went there. I'm like, I hope this, I hope this does something, because if it doesn't, I don't know kind of like where I'm going to be and what I'm going to do. I'm really sick of feeling the way I am. And I think sometimes you don't realise how bad things are, because you're going through them. And it's not until something really changes radically that you go, wow, that was, that was some really, really shitty, bad feeling fucking times. And my head's, you know, and I feel like my head space is clearer. My pain has gone away from my back and my knees and my legs. And I usually have a lot of pain. I fell off a horse when I was like 12 and really, really hurt my back. And I've always had that pain throughout my life, where I kind of walk around like stiff and don't really exercise as much as I can. Don't run. Don't do a lot of stuff because it hurts my back, you know. And I remember sitting there while Clayton was finishing off the [Vādma] session with the rest of the group. And I was like, maybe 20 minutes or something. Usually by 10 minutes in, I've got pins and needles in my legs. And I was just sitting there so happy, so content, no pain, nothing, just joyous. I couldn't find anything that really, you know, made me feel like I wanted to shine or anything. You know, I was just so like, just lost and depressed and just, everything felt hopeless, you know. Yeah, it was just, it was horrible. It was horrible. It really was. I was talking to a friend about it today and I just broke down. I was like, because I remember feeling, you know, and then talking to me now, they're like, you're so different. You're like a different person. In the moment, you know, just like fading out all the time and acting like you're, you know, I used to seem uninterested, but my focus, I just couldn't hold focus. Start thinking about other things, you know, trying to listen to people. They just think I'm being rude because I can't fucking stay in the moment. And then I'm thinking about so many other things that it's really affecting me around people. And they just kind of get this idea that like, what's wrong with him? Like, he's just... I was constantly just nervous. I was constantly anxious, not feeling good enough, constantly beating myself up about things. Yeah, it was just horrible. And coming out the other side of that, I feel like I've just been given a new chance at life. Everything's been like renewed, you know, and I couldn't be happier. I can't believe really, like, how different I feel. Like, it's just a whole different person. It's just a whole [Vādma] reset. Like, it's well-named because it really does. It does reset you. And it's not woo-woo. It's the most amazing thing that's happened to me. And this is like day two of it. And I'm just, I'm happier than I've been in a long time. Like, I realised how unhappy and unstable my mental health was. Like, it's been that way for at least 10, 15 years. And all of a sudden, it was like, I woke up, you know, out of a black cloud. And I can see the sun again. I can feel everything. I'm a musician. I started playing the guitar. And I was like, it sounds amazing. It feels really good. And I'm just really enjoying myself. It was like when I was a 13-year-old when I first started. So, well, I was on the fence when I first heard about it, you know. And I've just, I've never seen anything like it before. My mother was actually a spiritual healer and did Reiki and a whole bunch of different things. But none of it was like this in-depth and this kind of thorough as in getting, you know, the things out of you that you don't need anymore. You know, we've got a lot of pain and trauma that's gone through the years. But it's like the lesson's still there, you know, but you don't feel the energy from it anymore. So, I'm so excited, you know, for the rest of my life, you know. But after two days already, I'm like, wow, this is some profound kind of amazing, you know. I don't know how to explain it. I don't think you can really explain it until you do it, you know. Like even when I first come along, I was like, is this woo-woo? What is it? What is it? Who's this Clayton guy? What? He's going to reset my nervous system and make me feel better again? Okay, well, what are we talking about, you know. But he absolutely did and just blew my mind. And everyone else in the room and everyone around us was just like, wow, you know. And it's just the best money I've ever spent on my health ever and my mental health by far. And it's just the best money I've ever spent on my health ever and my mental health. And I'm like, wow, I'm so excited. And I'm like, wow.

The most amazing experience I've ever experienced in my life. Like, I thought childbirth was an amazing experience. This is something different. My name is Vicki and I've just done the nervous system [Vādma] reset with Clayton. The process was really natural. It felt comfortable. It felt really peaceful. Clayton made it feel like that. It felt better than the videos. It's really hard to explain. There's, you can't find the... They haven't invented the words. For the feeling. Um... Happiness, peace. But it's even more than that. My mind's just open. And I can't wait to experience life more. What I would say to someone that wants to do this or is thinking about doing this is... Maybe do some research. Um... Do some meditation first. And then... Do it. They're missing out if they don't do it. And then... Do it. Do it. They're missing out if they don't do it. Do it.

Yeah, my name is Vanessa. I just finished a nervous system [Vādma] session with Clayton. And for me, it was really different, different as I ever expected. I feel, first of all, I felt really, really safe. I think I never felt so safe in my life, to be honest. So that was for me, he created a really, really safe environment that I could trust and relax. The [Vādma] session for me was really soft, but also intense, but in a good way. And I feel really, like, it was, as the shift came, I feel like I'm here, but I'm still not here. Like, it was so different, but I could really feel like my body was reconnecting. I feel so much in my heart space and afterwards also really, really grounded. And my body was also really shaking, but also in a good way. It feels like I could release a lot of energy. And afterwards, I felt really, really grounded, calm, and like a really heavy weight was taken off for me. Like a really, like a heavy blanket, it was gone. And yeah, I feel really, really, really good. I really would recommend to do the session because, yeah, it's soft and still different and intensive, but really good. And the biggest break should, first of all, to let go of control in this moment and lean into it, even if there is fear. And that it's so important to really reconnect back to yourself and to do that over this session is, like, for me, an amazing, amazing tool to really come back really fast to yourself instead of doing a lot of different other tools that you can use. Yeah, we did also another session that helped me a lot to find my beliefs, like, my really deep core belief. Because I never felt safe. I never felt like I'm enough. And I really could find this core belief, what was, like, in the root core, what I would say, what helped me now so much to see why I could move forward in life and why it's blocking me and, like, also to understand what's behind and why it's, like, happening in this way. And Clayton really explained it really well and went through the session with me in a really amazing way. Like, what I said already, I felt really, really safe, I felt really grounded and I could be like myself and let it go in this moment. So this was for me, like, a game changer. Because I never had this before in my life, like, I really couldn't find the root core of this belief. And it was really surprising that it was a completely other belief as I expected. Yeah, just, yeah, really amazing work, really, yeah. So, yes, I feel, like, whole. And I really feel, like, really, really connected. And what I already said, the heaviness is gone, like, my mind and my body is still processing, but I feel so much more myself and connected. And I think I really could, like, no, not, I think I got rid of this belief. And, yeah, I'm really excited to do the next step. Even now, like, in front of being in the camera was for me the hardest part. And I feel now so grounded and relaxed. And I was like, oh, wow, no, this was never happened before. So, I really can see already that there is something happening. I would say, I would say, try it. Because it's really gentle and soft. It's not like, I was also, like, before a little bit scared. But it was, like, so gentle and soft. And you connect in the fastest way to yourself. And this feeling what goes through your body, like, this energy what comes up, it's amazing. It feels warm. And you can really feel it in your heart space. And even when the body is shaking, like my body was shaking as well, it's not scary. It's the opposite. It's, like, releasing a lot. And it's the best way to let go of things. Like, yeah, it's amazing. I'm really, really grateful that I did this session with Clayton. It's an honor. I'm really, really grateful for that because I feel so much better. I, yeah, I couldn't cry for gratitude because it's, for me, like, I was looking so long for what's stopping me. What is there? Why I can't move forward? And I feel like everything, like, the connecting the dots, everything came now together. Like, the puzzle, the little piece, what was missing. And I'm really, really grateful. Thank you so much for, yeah, I thank Clayton so much for this session. And especially the safety space, like. Yeah.

I just wanted to jump on here and just talk about how important it is to have help. I do have a lot of help from my partner, from my friends. I do do a lot of mindset work on myself. But yesterday I've done something completely different and I followed my intuition with that one. I didn't do much research but instantly I just felt like the pull to do it. And lately I had severe sleeping issues and because of that also dark thoughts. When you can't sleep for a couple of nights in a row and wake up at 3, 4 a.m. It just really got to me. So I went to do something different today, completely out of my comfort zone. And it's just something that I really love to share because it's so important to challenge yourself, get out of your comfort zone. And for me, the pattern that I was, a recurring pattern that keeps coming up, that I challenge myself on, just letting go of control. First time was an ice bath, skydive, like something that I felt like I can't do it and I'm out of control. It feels like dying to me. And yesterday I went to see Clayton and he held such beautiful space at a time where I just needed to be shaken up, waking up of this recurring cycle of bad mood, bad sleep. And I get so much support from my partner and my friends, but sometimes you just need to get a bit of a wake up call. And that's what it was yesterday. So basically we went through a process I've never seen before. And I was so intrigued, texted him intuitively. He held beautiful space. I felt extremely safe. And it's just really hard to explain. It's like a deep dream stage where you just let go of all the tension and you're traveling to a different place. It's like this nap at 3 p.m. that's supposed to be 10 minutes and then you wake up three hours later and you forgot what day it was. So that's exactly how it feels like you're waking up out of like a sedation almost. Like it's like you're so confused what's real, what's not. And it's just bringing you down to this parasympathetic state where there's just nothingness. And I always felt like I had some kind of conversations I never had with people in the past. I can't remember really what was in my visions, but it was beautiful. And I felt so safe even though I was living both control. And it was like today I just feel like amazing. And I just wanted to share that. It's beautiful.

Hello. Hello. How are we feeling? Peaceful, spacious, relaxed in my body. Wonderful. And how did you find Clay as your practitioner? Oh, yeah, such a safe space. You know, even leading up to the [Vādma] sessions, I felt so cared for and I knew it was going to be a great experience. So yeah, he explained everything in a really grounded way that allowed me to just be present and soften. And yeah, he's a great facilitator. Fantastic. How would you describe this experience to your friends if they asked you that? Wow. Yeah, it's something I've never experienced before. It's such an out of body, out of mind experience. Yeah. It's like you go somewhere. I have never been there before, you know. It's, I feel like I process so many different memories from the past. And I was like, oh my God, where am I didn't know where I was at times. But yeah, yeah, just a very unique experience I've not ever had before. Fantastic. Anything else you feel like sharing? Yeah, I feel like so much of the world is living in the head. You know, and I've invested a lot in myself, in my mind, in my growth. And actually, the body's always been keeping the score. And I feel like a lot of people are craving to be in their body, to get out of their head. And to really do the healing because this is the body's holding on to trauma and memories of things of the past that we can't out think with our minds. So yeah, it's an invitation for everyone to try it if you if if this speaks to you and you feel cool to it, you know. Yeah, the body feels really good. So I recommend it.

Hi Clayton apologies I didn't get this to
you sooner. Below is my testimonial, it is
quite lengthy so feel free to cut it
shorter. I could talk forever about you
and your mind blowing gift to the world. Forever grateful to you for showing me
the most profound, life changing, eye
opening experience of my life. (I think because of the length it may
need to be sent in a couple sections
sorry)
I attended a Nervous System [Vādma] Reset in
Perth on June 27th, run by Clayton. His
reel popped up on my Instagram feed,
and I've never in my life felt so truly
called to do something. It was like my
soul was telling me-this is it. I'm incredibly grateful I listened. It's
been the most rewarding and helpful
thing I've done for my body to date. Clayton was also extremely responsive
from the moment I reached out-any
questions I had, he answered clearly and
quickly. In the week leading up to the event, l
had a chest infection and was on
antibiotics. I was worried about being
unwell and whether it would affect the
experience for the group. I messaged
Clayton asking if I still should attend,
because I didn't want to put anyone out. He reassured me that it would be fine-
and that attending would actually help
with my recovery. That reassurance
made a huge difference, because I was
nervous going in, but also very excited.

I've been dealing with trauma for many
years, along with chronic health issues. I
have a double chronic lung condition,
and stress has a direct impact on my
immune system-when I get
overwhelmed, I'm more likely to end up
with chest infections. For years my body
has been living in fight-or-flight mode. Even though I've been on a spiritual
healing journey for a long time, nothing
helped me this quickly in such a short
space of time as the [Vādma] Nervous System
Reset. When I arrived, Clayton welcomed me
warmly and introduced myself straight
away. I told him I was the person who
had messaged about my chest infection. With permission, he immediately went to
do healing on my chest and told me I'd
be okay to join the [Vādma] group. He's
incredibly intuitive and made me feel at
ease instantly. Sitting with Clayton during the process
was an amazing, deeply rewarding
experience. My mind was saying, "You
can do this, it's okay," while my body-
trying to stay in control-was also
hanging on because letting go can feel
unfamiliar when you've lived in survival
for so long. But somehow, they aligned,
and there was a release-years of stored
trauma coming out in a way I can only
describe as beautiful, mind-blowing,
and profound. The experience felt
exactly like the energy I see in Clayton's
videos: what I saw, heard, and felt was
genuinely out of this world. And the
emotional release was so healing. Clayton held space in a way that made it
easy for my nervous system to feel safe
enough to drop its guard.

The most powerful part for me was what
came after the heavy release: laughter. I
couldn't stop giggling-it felt so freeing
and so heart warming, Clayton was
laughing with me, I knew he could feel
what I was feeling. It was euphoric. It's only been a week since the event,
and l've never felt calmer in my life-
even with the challenges and setbacks
that have come up since then. My
intuition feels stronger, my sleep is
sunder, and I genuinely feel like my
body is shifting in ways I haven't
experienced before. I'm excited to see
what changes continue over time, and I
can't wait to book a one-on-one [Vādma] session
when Clayton returns to Perth. If you've been thinking about doing this,
I can honestly say you won't regret it. It's the best gift you can give yourself
and your body. You owe it to your inner
child-and to your nervous system-to
feel safe, supported, and truly held in
the process. Thank you, Clayton, for sharing your gift
with the world and making it a better
place.

beautiful experience and I can't wait for
the next one. I'm feeling so good this
week, better than I've felt in a long time. So I've been meaning to write you a
testimonial since Saturday as well, and it
won't leave me until I do it o
Here it is... "Wow, what an incredible experience! Honestly I have so much to say and yet
no words really capture the energy in
the room. Clayton has a gift. Not only for
the experience itself, but his intuition
and his ability to hold space for every
person there. As a woman, I felt so
completely safe and held, so much so
that I had such a deep experience which
felt healing on so many levels. Since the
event I have felt more myself than I have
in a really long time. My energy has
increased, my relationship is more
connected, I trust myself and my life's
unfolding more, and overall, I have just
felt more grounded. I am so grateful for
the whole experience and I would 100%
recommend. Thank you Clayton for bringing the work
to WA. I can't wait for the next one

Dear Clayton,
l've taken a few days to let this
experience sink in and to find the words
to express how I feel after my 1:1 Vādma
session on Sunday. First, I want to acknowledge you as a
person and sincerely thank you for
creating such a safe, welcoming space
where I felt completely calm, open, and
able to receive the incredible gift you
have to offer. Your talent, intuition, and
ability to see beyond the surface are
truly something special. Ever since my [Vādma] session on Sunday, l've
felt a calmness within me that I haven't
experienced in a very long time perhaps
even ever. It's almost impossible to put
into words the deep sense of peace l've
felt since then. It genuinely feels like a
heavy veil of fear has lifted, and for the
first time in as long as I can remember,
my nervous system has shifted from
living in constant fight or flight mode to
a place of calm and balance. It honestly
feels as though it has been [Vādma] reset. Beyond the Vādma session itself,
Clayton's intuition and genuine care
shone through. He also incorporated
other healing modalities that he felt
would support me, and I will always be
grateful for that. I feel amazing, and I'm already looking
forward to Clayton returning to Perth. I'll
definitely be booking another session. Thank you again for such a life changing
experience.

I'm also on a journey of healing from sexual trauma, which happened when I was a child, when I was an adult, professionally. And when I saw Clayton's video, I immediately felt like I could trust him, that I could feel safe with him. And to put myself back in that position of being with a professional man and having that closeness, that's part of the safety that I felt instantly. And I want to thank Clayton for that because he's allowed me to be vulnerable and be in an intimate space again without the fear of having a trauma.

TESTIMONIAL
My group [Vādma] session with Clayton was
truly profound. The nervous system
[Vādma] reset helped me access some deep
grief that I'd been holding onto, and
it created a softness in my heart
where there would usually be
armour. I honestly don't remember
the last time I slept so deeply. I'm so incredibly grateful for this
experience and for the safety you
created and held throughout it. Thank you for making it possible to

Testimonial for you! It was an absolute honour to meet you,
Clayton. What an incredibly powerful
experience. From the moment you reached out to
me on Instagram and sent me a voice
note, I knew you genuinely cared. That
simple gesture spoke volumes about the
kind of person you are and the heart you
bring to your practice. When I came to the [Vādma] session, I wasn't in a
good place emotionally. I'd been stuck in
a constant state of fight or flight for
what felt like forever. No matter how
many massages, psychologist
appointments, or other things I tried, I
just couldn't seem to shift the feeling. I went into the Vādma session with an
open mind. I even chose not to take my
ADHD medication that morning because
I thought I'd be too caught up in my own
thoughts to fully experience it. Clayton you created such a safe, calm,
and welcoming environment. You are an
exceptional facilitator who has a
remarkable ability to make everyone feel
comfortable from the very beginning. I honestly don't think l've ever felt so
deeply relaxed in my life. It was an out-
of-body experience, and for the first
time in a long time, I felt like I was able
to release emotions and pain that I'd
been carrying for far too long. Thank you, Clayton, for sharing your gift
with the world. Your compassion,
presence, and care made such a
difference to me, and l am incredibly
grateful. I can't wait to experience it

Over the past 18 months, I've searched for answers. I knew my nervous system wasn't broken. It was doing exactly what
it was designed to do...protect me. I also knew my body has an
incredible capacity to heal when it feels safe enough to do so. I collected many keys along the way. Each helped, but none
unlocked the door I'd been searching for. This weekend, through Clayton's Nervous System [Vādma] Reset, I didn't just
find another key I found the doorway. For the first time, I could see there was a way through. Not because
someone fixed me, but because Clayton created a space where my
nervous system felt safe enough to begin showing me what it had
been protecting all along. Thank you @claytonharrop for sharing your gift. I'm honoured to
have been part of the Perth [Vādma] Reset, and I have a feeling this
doorway is only the beginning. I can't express how grateful I am for
everyone's kind words, and what they're
sharing. Plus the fact where willing to share
their own sacred experiences with the world for
others to learn from and be inspired by too.

What changed everything was that you
stayed with me. For as long as I can
remember, l've carried my grief alone
because the people around me didn't
know how to hold that space with me. Having someone simply stay present
without trying to change or fix what l
was feeling was something I'd never
experienced before. For the first time I can remember, I felt
genuinely safe in a man's arms. I think
that's why it felt so significant. That
sense of safety allowed me to release
emotions I'd been carrying for a very
long time. For the first time, I don't feel
like I'm trying to think my way through
my healing. It feels like my body has
finally begun to lead the way. Reflecting on your feedback, I can also
see the pattern you spoke about. I've
spent so much of my life believing I have
to get everything right and fearing
failure. Even in that moment, I found
myself judging whether I was doing it
"properly" instead of simply allowing my
body to lead. I'm beginning to realise
that healing for me may be less about
trying harder and more about learning to
surrender, trust and release control. Looking back now, I'm actually grateful
you intuitively knew not to take me any
deeper. I don't think my nervous system
was ready. It feels as though I released
exactly what I was able to in that
moment, and perhaps that's why, once
the fear had passed, a part of me
wanted to go back in. Not because it
was easy, but because I knew there was
more there when the time was right.

Nothing has ever cracked something
open in me the way Saturday did. It
didn't feel like I'd found a solution. It felt
like I'd finally found a doorway. Since last night, my body still seems to
be processing the experience. I've been
feeling incredibly emotional, and this
morning I woke up feeling nauseous,
almost as though my body wanted to
purge something. I've also felt incredibly
tired. I don't know exactly what it all
means, but it feels like my body is still
processing what began on Saturday. More than anything, I want to move
forward. I want to heal so I can give my
children the secure, safe and
emotionally connected childhood I never
experienced. I want my life back with
joy, peace and calm.

Hi Clayton,
Thank you again for your [Vādma] service in
Melbourne on the weekend. I wanted to thank you for the person
that you are and the gift you are sharing
with humanity. I feel that you really
embody the type of practitioner and
facilitator that is called for in providing
this [Vādma] service. Not just for the technique
itself, but the knowledge, the empathy,
the physical and emotional support. You
have a very solid, strong, grounded
presence that comes across visually on
the outside, and then there's an inner
warmth and loving charisma that
emanates from within. My human is still trying to figure out wtf
just happened with that process on the
weekend. But I sit with the knowing that
it has definitely helped on a deep level,
and welcome what bubbles to the

Clayton has had a very calm and
grounded presence that made me
feel at ease from the moment l
arrived. At first glance, some people
might find his tall, muscular,
tattooed appearance a little
intimidating or perhaps a little
unexpected for this kind of work. But don't let appearances mislead
you. I found it incredibly reassuring
to have someone with such a
strong, steady presence holding
space for me, especially during
moments when my body was
convulsing and I had no control over
it. I felt completely safe and
supported throughout. He is very intuitive and knows how
to make people feel safe and
supported. As for the experience
itself, it's amazing what can be
achieved when someone truly
understands the energetic body. I
also appreciated that he took the
time to share his knowledge and
provide practical aftercare advice
and supportive practices to
continue afterwards. Overall, it was an incredible
experience, and I would absolutely
recommend giving it a try and
seeing for yourself. This isn't some
kind of hocus-pocus. It's a deeply
grounded approach that reflects a
genuine understanding of how the
body stores energy, why it becomes
trapped, and how those blockages
can be safely released.

Lots of people have been asking me about the nervous system [Vādma] reset thing that I did. And so I just put it here so everyone can hear. […] Like it completely leaves, it feels like it completely leaves your body. And then my nervous system could then process all the things that I can't process when my analytical mind or all those thought patterns and conditioning is like in the way kind of stopping that from happening. So it's like safety mechanisms that nervous system and brain have like put in place, which worked at one point and sort of have just been holding onto that aren't necessarily helpful anymore, like they were helpful once upon a time, but not helpful anymore. So it's like you're.

Gentlemen, I have a very strong opinion on this. If your
not actively doing gentlemen-like behaviour, and
getting the door for your lady, or women around you
whe you can.. getting the car door, allowing them to
go before you..etc then you can't expect the love,
respect, and admiration you would like from the world
around you. Don't fear a woman looking at you badly or
without any favour for your gestures. You don't stop
being you because of someone else's opinion of you. You
do you and be you becuse that is who you are,
regardless of external opinion. Do this, and I promise
once it's embodied and you do it by default, the world,
and women will begin looking at you and treating you in
a very different way. Especially your lady. You'll also
begin changing the world, and women's relationship and
sense of safety with the masculine one tiny step at a
go before you.etc then you cant expect the love,
