I don't think I'll ever be able to fully put into words what this [Vādma] experience, and your
presence through it, has meant to me. You gave me something I didn't realise I had been missing for a long time, a reason to
look at myself with love again. You reminded me that I am worthy, that I am enough,
and that I deserve to feel safe, valued and at peace within myself. Since our [Vādma] session, I've found myself thinking about so many things differently. I feel
calmer, lighter, and somehow more connected to myself. It feels like something inside
me has shifted, and I'm slowly learning to love and accept every part of who I am. I'm grateful for every word, every moment, every bit of patience, understanding and
energy you gave me. I'm grateful that you created a space where I could let my guard
down and simply be myself. You may not realise the depth of the impact you've had on me, but I will carry this
experience with me for a very long time. Thank you for helping me find a part of myself
that I thought I had lost. Lots of love to my angel
Grateful to be doing what I do, and sharing it
with the world. This practice I share is an every evolving and
growing process. It blends everything to create
a wholistic approach. As much as the affects can
be, and are felt in the moment, often, the
greatest changes take place days, weeks and
even months later.
