I just wanted to jump on here and just talk about how important it is to have help. I do have a lot of help from my partner, from my friends. I do do a lot of mindset work on myself. But yesterday I've done something completely different and I followed my intuition with that one. I didn't do much research but instantly I just felt like the pull to do it. And lately I had severe sleeping issues and because of that also dark thoughts. When you can't sleep for a couple of nights in a row and wake up at 3, 4 a.m. It just really got to me. So I went to do something different today, completely out of my comfort zone. And it's just something that I really love to share because it's so important to challenge yourself, get out of your comfort zone. And for me, the pattern that I was, a recurring pattern that keeps coming up, that I challenge myself on, just letting go of control. First time was an ice bath, skydive, like something that I felt like I can't do it and I'm out of control. It feels like dying to me. And yesterday I went to see Clayton and he held such beautiful space at a time where I just needed to be shaken up, waking up of this recurring cycle of bad mood, bad sleep. And I get so much support from my partner and my friends, but sometimes you just need to get a bit of a wake up call. And that's what it was yesterday. So basically we went through a process I've never seen before. And I was so intrigued, texted him intuitively. He held beautiful space. I felt extremely safe. And it's just really hard to explain. It's like a deep dream stage where you just let go of all the tension and you're traveling to a different place. It's like this nap at 3 p.m. that's supposed to be 10 minutes and then you wake up three hours later and you forgot what day it was. So that's exactly how it feels like you're waking up out of like a sedation almost. Like it's like you're so confused what's real, what's not. And it's just bringing you down to this parasympathetic state where there's just nothingness. And I always felt like I had some kind of conversations I never had with people in the past. I can't remember really what was in my visions, but it was beautiful. And I felt so safe even though I was living both control. And it was like today I just feel like amazing. And I just wanted to share that. It's beautiful.
