Nothing has ever cracked something
open in me the way Saturday did. It
didn't feel like I'd found a solution. It felt
like I'd finally found a doorway. Since last night, my body still seems to
be processing the experience. I've been
feeling incredibly emotional, and this
morning I woke up feeling nauseous,
almost as though my body wanted to
purge something. I've also felt incredibly
tired. I don't know exactly what it all
means, but it feels like my body is still
processing what began on Saturday. More than anything, I want to move
forward. I want to heal so I can give my
children the secure, safe and
emotionally connected childhood I never
experienced. I want my life back with
joy, peace and calm.
