I feel so super light now, but I'm also still thinking a bit about what just happened. The special thing on that arm, I still feel that it's so much lighter. It's really special that it can do that. You feel that something is happening and you fade away. Just empty. I think that's the right feeling. I feel myself just empty and I don't get that very often. Yes, my hoort is just quiet. It is it. It's really special. And that's also nice, throughout the whole [Vādma] session. It's not that you focus on something. You're really just with yourself and in the moment. But you're not thinking about certain things. That's also nice that you can let it happen at the won. I really hadn't lost it. I also thought like, with me that won't work. It's really a very special feeling. Now I feel myself really woesje with your light. Yes, I really like it.

Ik voel me nu zo superlicht, maar ik ben ook wel nog een beetje aan het denken van wat is er net gebeurd. Het bijzondere op die arm, ik voel het nog altijd dat er zo lichter is. Het is wel echt bijzonder dat het dat kan doen. Je voelt dat er iets gebeurt en je valt weg. Even leeg. Ik denk dat dat het juiste gevoel is. Ik voel me even leeg en dat heb ik niet zo heel veel. Ja, mijn hoort is even stil. Het is het. Het is echt bijzonder. En dat is ook wel fijn, doorheen de hele [Vādma] sessie. Het is niet dat je op iets focust. Je bent echt gewoon bij jou en in het moment. Maar je bent niet aan bepaalde dingen aan het denken. Dat is ook wel fijn dat je bij het won kan laten gebeuren. Ik had het echt niet verloopt. Ik dacht ook zo van, bij mij gaat dat niet werken. Het is echt een heel bijzonder gevoel. Nu voel ik me echt heel woesje met je licht. Ja, ik vind het heel fijn.
