“It's like just going home”

I felt a lot of fragments of me like you know coming back and just like aligning to this position Oh this is very interesting there were a lot of emotions like a wave then just felt a lot of things that I didn't even know or didn't know how to express in terms of words felt tears but it wasn't tears of sadness or anything of that so it was just tears of release I felt a lot of fragments of me like you know coming back and just like aligning to this position was release plus slow adjustment and alignment for me it's like just going home in words that was a feeling that I've got all coming together I'm very grateful thank you so much
