“I feel that the relaxation is not just the body, physical body, but different layers of the energetic problems are so relaxed”

I feel a lot of people not like fast or not like standard. I feel that the relaxation is not just the body, physical body, but different layers of the energetic problems are so relaxed. I feel that my mind is very empty and I was never saying that I feel this and I feel like a part of the body is like, I wasn't like a words to describe but eventually I felt like more through this thing like energetic and feeling it is really great.
