will never forget and can not
really be explained with words. Amazing I am really glad I
went through the fear. I fell
braver and ready to live life
with open heart and surrender. I really want to continue and
feel what is level 4 and 5 ( even
though I feel slight fear what
will it be) inside of me l am
really curious. One day if you
teach it, I will be one of your

After my first Vādma session
with Tanja, I've had so many

practice that I have been
