This [Vādma] group session with Tanya and Pitya, it was for me amazing. The explanation before we started was very clear. The environment was very peaceful and I really enjoyed the way that we entered to have this Vādma experience. In the beginning I was a little bit afraid that with many more people that it would distract me. But you are so into your own space and that helped a lot. I had no idea about all the other people. So that was very nice, it was very good how Tanya and Pitya worked it out. So that was the [Vādma] complete session, it was about three and a half hours, it was fantastic.
