There are things so subtle you cannot see them Even with deep consciousness work all the seeking, journeys, ceremonies The body is still an astonishing mystery My name is Paola Flores I'm in Mexico City I'm a transpersonal therapist in La Condesa I work with plant medicine traditional medicine, ancestral wisdom Part of that is walking people deep, deep, deep into the darkness to turn on the light Now that I've experienced Vādma I'd describe it this way: for me, it's like a switch so you can see very subtle things that otherwise stay invisible even with a lot of consciousness work of seeking, of journeys, of ceremonies because the body is still an astonishing mystery and it's a great map leading us back to ourselves and toward where things are… there with the energy inside us some trauma, some memories much of it isn't even ours or we don't notice So for me, today Vādma is that personal light switch so I can say: look there's still a bit of this here my body's been telling me all along and I hadn't been able to listen To someone who's wondering whether to come do a [Vādma] training is a good idea or feels any doubt I'd say: give yourself the chance because what you find here has been, for me, great wisdom from a very long journey of healing I've walked with myself and arriving here experiencing this training going deeper into my own process my own body, my own consciousness it has shown me incredible things that I hadn't really grounded yet or brought down into something tangible Today I'm leaving here with a certainty about where I need to go myself but also how to walk with others At the end of the day if someone is considering a training it's to walk with others And to me, it's this great weave this great net where we hold each other and open the door for another person to begin a beautiful healing process And for me, what comes after this will only be more opening like I said: a reality shift because when you see where it hurts or where you need more self-love it's much easier to give it easier to embody it to give it body in everyday life, in what you do in your conversations So don't think twice about it because we need more and more light in this world that out there is falling apart we need people on this side who can hold space for others So I think it's a beautiful medicine we can take out there What I take most from this training is so much love, so much love The people here, it's clear to me are angels who will leave here to bring more angels and help so many people If I had to describe Vādma in one sentence it would be transformation
